    • When will my order ship?
    Orders will normally be handled and shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase. An email with your tracking number and confirmation will be sent when your order ships.
    • How can I track the status of my order?
    To track the status and location of your order, please email us with your order number and you will be sent an email update.
    •  Can my jewelry get wet?
    While taking a short break in the water is enticing, it is recommended that you do not get them wet as the stones, crystals, and leather can get damaged. We suggest storing in a cool, dry place.

    • What carrier do your orders ship by?
    All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class. All U.S. orders are shipped via U.S. Post.
    • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we ship internationally. If you order outside of the U.S., you may have additional shipping fees and taxes.
